VBL video consultation

Take the opportunity and schedule a video consultation with VBL.

  • Step 1: Register in Meine VBL and select your favorite date.
  • Step 2: You will receive an appointment confirmation.
  • Step 3: Start the video consultation at the appointed time via Webex.

  • Log in to Meine VBL with your access data. If you do not have any access data, you can register here.
  • After logging into the customer portal Meine VBL, you will find the Link „Videoberatung“ in your personal area under the heading "Online-Services / Terminbuchung".
  • Select your favorite date in the appointment calendar.
  • You will receive an appointment confirmation email and an appointment reminder shortly before the video consultation begins.

A video consultation lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.

The video consultation is provided on Webex. We will answer your questions in a personal conversation. Documents and proofs can be transferred directly to the screen.

All communication between you and VBL is carried out in accordance with data protection regulations. The consultation is not recorded. Only the data that is actually required for the video consultation is collected and stored. Connection is encrypted. The procedure is negotiated via Transport Layer Security (TLS).
